Contribution: RIP Cory Monteith

'Glee Star, Cory Monteith, found dead in Hotel in Canada on July 13, 2013'.

A simple contribution post. First of all, I just wanna tell you guys how much Cory Monteith meant to me. I mean, I'm pretty sure he didn't know me, but I knew him. I've been watching "Glee" since 4th grade, and now in my 8th grade, I still do watch Glee. I don't know, but why do the people we love the most have to leave us behind? Cory Monteith, also known as Finn Hudson from "Glee", has made such a huge impact in my life. They were my inspirations, the people who inspired to become a better person, and to aim for the better goals. Glee taught me that it's okay to be different and unique, and that everything will feel better. Glee taught me how to express myself. Glee taught me that people can change. Glee taught me about friendship. And now, one of those people who taught me how is now in God's hands. Do you know how much that hurts? He was my idol. He was my leader. He showed me the ups and downs in life.

Media previewHe was a great, nice, talented man. He was engaged to Lea Michele, another inspiration in my life. They were my first one true pairing. They taught me so many things, they taught me reality. That everything isn't always about how we expect them to be. Cory Monteith died due to drug overdose. It breaks my heart that when he went to rehab, Lea said she wanted to get pregnant after Cory got out, and now all of those can't happen anymore. I still remember that guy from the Choir room. That guy that Mr. Schuester discovered in the men's shower singing, "Can't fight this feeling". That guy part of the football team. That guy who had such a caring and loving mother. That guy who fell inlove with his co-star. That guy whose first and last song that he sang with the Glee club on Glee was "Don't Stop Believing". That guy who had a loving heart. That guy from Glee, named "Finn Hudson". That is the guy named, "Cory Monteith". He left smiles on people's faces. He is Cory Monteith, our Finn Hudson. Right now, here I am again, asking myself the question, Why must the good die young? Why must the good people die young? Shocking news? Indeed. But there's nothing we can do about it anymore. We must learn how to be strong, we must learn how to stand tall.

While the people you love, and your idols are still alive, please don't forget to tell them that you love them. Today is history, tomorrow is a mystery. You never know what'll happen next. Don't waste your time, show them you appreciate and love them, because someday, it might just be too late.

I'm done. You may now move on with your lives.
